Jaqueline Corpuz

I’m Jaqueline, a 22-year-old with over four years of experience in customer service. I love to cook, bake, and play with my two Pomeranians in my spare time. With my friendly face and kind personality, I believe I’m an avid candidate for Real Estate – which I am currently going to school for. I hope to become an agent in the future!

I understand that each customer has different priorities. I make it my mission to satisfy all customers that I come in contact with, whether it’s resolving their concerns or communicating any updates. I go above and beyond to resolve any issues and quiet any problems.

I recently relocated from Hawaii and began working with The Cooling Company as a customer service dispatcher in December of 2021. I am very eager to learn, and I want to broaden my knowledge in the Air Conditioning System. In addition, I play to study Real Estate while working in HVAC. I believe this will help me in the future when selling a property.

It makes me happy to work with The Cooling Company because of its family-oriented environment.
