This includes companies that still operate under their original brand names but are managed by out-of-state investment entities. An NSCB disciplinary action means the Nevada State Contractors Board has issued a formal citation against the company for violations of Nevada contractor law. Common violations include acting beyond the scope of their license, failure to keep records, disregard of building laws, and unlawful advertising.
